Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all transactions between the buyer and BIAB London and override any conditions the buyer and BIAB London may have otherwise, except those confirmed by BIAB London in writing. Any variations on these conditions stipulated by any of the buyer’s documents implied by statute, common law or trade usage are inapplicable unless accepted by BIAB London in writing. This transaction will be deemed a contract of sale and governed by English law.
Payment Options
All other orders require pre-payment in full by bank transfer before goods are dispatched. The payment will be handled by our Payment Processing System for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.
Currency
All orders within the U.K. will be invoiced in Pounds Sterling.
Prices
Although we make every effort to maintain prices, they may be subject to alteration without prior notice. However, should prices vary on receipt of your order, we will contact you to confirm your acceptance before your order is dispatched.
Trade Description Act
Whilst every care is taken to describe the products accurately, customers should satisfy themselves that the product meets their requirements. BIAB London reserves the right to amend specifications on all items without prior notice. We also reserve the right to withdraw any item from sale without prior notice.
Retention of Title
All goods will remain the property of BIAB London until paid for in full by the customer. Title of the goods will not pass to the customer until payment has been received in full by BIAB London, until such time, BIAB London reserves the right to repossess any goods.
Fitness of Purpose
Unless specifically stated in our product descriptions, BIAB London makes no representation for the suitability or fitness of any goods for any particular purpose. We accept no responsibility for harm or injury caused by goods provided within the boxes.
Returns
Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or credit within 14 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions and exclusions;
Goods must be returned unused in their original packaging.
Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit.
Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to BIAB London.
Please ensure goods are sent by either recorded delivery or courier. We cannot accept liability for goods lost in transit.
